 Instructions for use:

 1. Surface preparation:

The metal surface which will be treated with MAXX FORTE RUST CONVERTER must be pre-cleaned and degreased. This is followed by mechanical cleaning of coarse rust, varnish residues, paint or dirt with the help of a wire brush or scraper. Cover the surfaces that will not be treated with paper or foil.

 2. Application:

The rust converter is ready for use. Apply a single, even coat without build-up only to areas that are affected by rust. Avoid spilling the product onto the surface. For better rust penetration, use a stiff CLEAN brush. The product could be applied by means of a roller or by means of a pneumatic spray technology.

 Temperature range for application: 0°C - 40°C

 Average consumption: 20 m²/L

 3. Paint systems:

MAXX FORTE RUST CONVERTER is not a paint. For long-lasting protection, the treated surface must be protected with a suitable paint system. It is recommended to paint within 48 hours after surface treatment. MAXX FORTE RUST CONVERTER is compatible with almost all paints intended for metal surfaces.
