1. COLOR COATING of the highest quality and hardening with infrared light guarantee high resistance to mechanical damage during fastening. The thickness of the coating between 60 - 80 µm and its resistance to UV light guarantee long-lasting colour and fusion with the roofing material. The coating also has an anti-corrosion effect.
2. ZINC COATING 12 µm - Galvanic zinc coating provides high protection against corrosion and resistance to mechanical damage during fastening.
3. EPDM WASHER - excellent self-adhesive properties, ensures a strong connection. EPDM washers are highly resistant to the effects of the environment, retain their elasticity and reduce the effect of thermal conductivity. The application of EPDM washers improves the corrosion resistance of the fasteners.
4. TEMPERING - screws undergo a heat treatment process as a result of which the desired strength is achieved.
5. DRILL - The tip ends with a sharp drill, which reduces torque, provides high speed drilling of metal plates up to 7 mm, quick and easy installation.
