Washer is a thin plate with a hole in the middle that is used to distribute the load between fasteners. It has wide application in various industries. It is a metal or polymer product included in multi-component fasteners that must meet specific requirements. It is used for fixing both polycarbonate and roofing structures, as well as in a bolted joints or in a set with screws. It provides reliable isolation and stronger fixation of parts. Due to its wide application, there are many varieties of this fastener on the market.

EPDM WASHER

This type of washers prevents the passage of moisture through the holes of the threaded joints during the installation of roof structures with sheet metal and sandwich panels. They are made of strong and reliable steel, have got an EPDM seal which is more resistant to atmospheric influences.

BIG FLANGE WASHER

It is used to ensure a correct and uniform distribution of forces over a larger area occurring in threaded joints.

FLANGE WASHER

It allows to increase the clamping surface and in some cases to make the connection of the parts tighter.

SPRING LOCK WASHER

It has ends in different planes, which allows to fix the details more firmly and does not allow loosening!

CONICAL WASHER FOR CARPENTRY WOOD SCREW

It is used for countersunk head wood screws. It prevents the screw from sinking into the wood and provides an aesthetic look to the installed details.

RETAINING RING FOR SHAFTS

This type of pin is used to control the high axial load, it is used to limit the free movement of a part on the shaft.

RETAINING RING FOR BORES

It is made of high quality steel. Hole lugs are designed for quick and reliable installation in the workpiece hole or removal with clip pliers. The pre-made channel in the hole helps to master the axial forces arising during the operation of the shaft or axle.

SERRATED LOCK WASHER

It is made of steel. The so-called "gear" is a locking washer with external teeth. In the process of tightening the fastener the self-locking part (external teeth) are deformed acting as wedge clamps and do not allow loosening of the connection.
